Key Club Day @ the Park
One Saturday a month volunteers from the Pinnacle High School Key Club host a Day at the Park with 3 to 4 Foster Group Homes. The Key Club volunteers spend 3 to 4 hours playing with the children and help provide a sense of normalcy for these 10 to 30 foster children. Having the opportunity to run and play, is important for these kids. Along with the play time, the Key Club volunteers have begun to build relationships with these kiddos, so much that they look forward to seeing their new friend at the park every month.
